Stunningly clear and concise post on causation

Larry Solum could have made this post just for our exam studies. Crib it onto your arm and copy it out during Guido's test and you are sure to get an A+, if there were grades, but since there aren't, the marginal value of this advice is probably negative since you'll get a pass either way and cheating raises your chances of getting expelled, which would be bad, I'm assuming, for the sake of argument.
